Ok if that’s on the menu I’ll skip the next few chapters. Can’t stomach that shit in these stories. It’s overused as a plot device and almost always graphically shown. Nobody needs that imo
In the novel I didn't feel that it was there for shock value, it made sense, and he wasn't actually violated. It doesn't get to that point, and seeing how the manhwa is being quick about those things it'll not be dragged out unnecessarily so do not worry.
I am just more sad about other graphic stuff I did wanna see, especially the gore. I didn't mind the next scene being accurately depicted either, I think it adds to the horror of it. I read this manhwa then continued with the novel and the novel feels even more horrifying it's a mood shift fr. Yea there are funny bits, but the details in this story later on matter a lot in terms of explicitness even gore wise
I was wondering how the manhwa will handle things going forward from the novel, since in the novel it doesn't shy from crudeness, pervertedness, gore, and violence, and I think this chapter confirmed for me that they'd try to keep it as PG as they can lmao idk if they'll do the smut either.
In the novel, Abel was stripped naked in this scene before being taken outside the tent. He remained naked all along. Idk if they'll add that later, esp bec next scene is a prelude to rape...
