Flashback “Great Dungeon” incident (10 years ago): The catastrophic event that nearly destroyed the world. Only one of the many “Revengers” survived: Seo Chae‑yoon (whose face is not revealed.)
Tormented by his survivor guilt Yoon‑Seo(fake name he uses) has traumatic memories and is still driven by the promises he made to his deceased comrades. These are wills made by his comrades (the others Revengers) so Yoon-Seo could live on as they could sense he wanted to die.

After some years, as Yoon-Seo is close to finish the promises he made, a global crisis returns: The Great Dungeon

Guild summons: Yoon-Seo meets Kwon Ji‑han.
Here Ji-han seems to sense something from Yoon-Seo and starts to gets reeeally observant and attentive towards Yoon-seo

They get more close and Ji‑han’s influence begins to shift Yoon‑Seo’s heart and priorities. Meanwhile Ji-han starts to understand what is the real objective of Yoon-seo( which is killing himself after finishing all the promises).
What seemed like a recruitment to find Chae-yoon, turns out to be an elaborate test to reawaken Chae‑yoon’s heroism, and by extension, Yoon‑Seo’s will to live and fight :3
Tbh there's a lot more inside, like the cute bird of Yoon-Seo wich is actually his weapon. Yoon-Seo backstory, how both Ji-han and Yoon-Seo future's are linked.
The Gaia system, the new cute characters, etc. But yeah!
