For example, The Church of Evernight Goddess has an incomplete sequences of the Seer pathway because they destroyed the Antigonus family in the past, this family had the control over the Seer pathway. They might or might not have the sequence 8 and above in their headquarters.

Sequences are divided to low, mid, and high. In most organizations, low sequence members can only get the clearance for low sequence informations and so on. Even then some information can only be obtain after you've done some merits.
