So basically his Mom encounter an asshole who infected her with Aids which she didn't know, the asshole wanted to infect MC to so Mother got mad and choke him (I think the asshole wants did it cause he pity himself motherfucking selfish asshole) he was then admitted to mental hospital but he spread rumors by shouting MC's mother has aids which then affected MC's life and blame his mother for becoming the son of an infected bastard (that's what remembered) so he shouted at her and wish that he was not her mother and instead wants to become an orphan (he's a kid) back to the present he cried and now blame himself for abandoning her
