This will unfold in the coming chapters. And yes they couldn't remember their 1st life bcz both died a normal death. Inès could remember her 1st life in the end of the previous season as a gift. As for the 1st timeline. I think they were not in good terms although they loved each other secretly. And Carcel died in war while red head commited suicide .I dunno just saying
So there are 4 timelines, first timeline is where carcel and Ines are married, they both don't remember this. 2nd timeline is where the prince remembers first timeline (does it imply he committed suicide?) And marries Ines to break them up and basically torment them.... this is also when Ines kills herself and what she thinks is the first timeline... 3rd timeline is the one with Emiliano, and lastly 4th timeline is the current one
