i don’t think that’s the case anymorebecause now that he’s human he probs has a longer lifespan since he wouldn’t be living off of the dissipating energy from the dragon (which would’ve led him to his death in two years). but let’s be honest he probs will commit suicide after MC dies so they could be reincarnated together.
