I fear I'm on the same boat their dynamic seems too much interesting for me to ignore ╥﹏╥
I'm a sucker for the 'Amicable Ex' trope. So I'm inclined to love Seonwoo.
Honestly it's even not like I'm rooting for them or anything. I just love reading morally grey characters especially how knowing Seonwoo's action will affect the story....that is what I'm most curious about
Oh yeah, definitely Sori x Iseul all the way. But Seonwoo is making this story more interesting, now it won't just be about coupling, but also revealing Iseul's past. Love complex backstory like this, adding layers.
This way we will also be able to pull the layers off iseul's character cuz before the arrival of Seonwoo we knew a very little of Iseul's personality. We as readers only saw her through Sori's eyes now we will be able to be see other's perspective of her too. So yeah people who are disliking Seonwoo are correct too but it will be beneficial for you to see her not as an antagonist but a major plot point who can move the story forward.
Like how antagonist roles in story supposed to play out, they basically develop our main casts on the sideline. A bad antagonist wouldn't develop the mains at all, so in this case Seonwoo is already doing a good job ;-)
Yeah you're right the way people are hating her is only proving that she is significant to the story if her character was boring no one would've paid so much attention to her in the first place. You know how people say that it's guaranteed that an actor is doing a good job if they have the ability to make the viewers like or dislike their character so much that it starts affecting them personally lol....in this case we can say the author is doing great work to make Seonwoo's character interesting and adding depth to her (:
Is it wrong that im sorta, maybe, slightly, subtly, in a very minuscule kinda way might be rooting for the ex?
Sori is still endgame for me but I mean....a throuple wouldn't be so bad....right....right???
