Yeah youre pretty spot on, i think a lot of manga/movies always has some sort end all goal for the protagonist or characters. Some people in irl also embody this idea that they need to be a astronaut or whatever big dream but when you achieve your goal, what do you do after though? I like the fact this manga insinuates that there will always be a journey and like you said we be prepared for them. Its so beautiful

Hahaha, i think we are very early for this manga, maybe in the next 5 years where the world building is complete others might notice this one, but for now it seems very slow burn and people here likes fast phase and highlighted action stories but yeah i guess those who stays knows how good this manga. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
i love this manga, and this chapter is my fave chapter
but this isnt my fave because of the proposal scene, it's because theo pointed out something that's true and applies to the real world.
he said that, even after knowing what your purpose is, even if you've reached your dreams and aspirations, you'll never run out of chances to make certain decisions that may come and change your life, and that we should always be ready for that (i know this isn't what he exactly said but this is what i understood) and i think that's so true, that's relatable and just plain factual that it's actually crazy...
this manga hits home every single time
