Let’s be fair here.

I honestly feel really bad for Horus.....

He’s truly a good person, and out of all the MLs in this story,
you could say he’s the only one who genuinely loves Seth from the bottom of his heart — and is willing to do anything for him.....

And let’s be real… Seth would’ve suffered a lot more if Horus hadn’t been there for him.....

But it's not like Seth asked for any of this....
And it's not like he's obligated to love him back...

Simply and very clearly — Seth doesn’t love Horus..
Yes, he just doesn’t love him....
He’s only going along with it — the same way you’d play along with a little kid....

And that’s not his fault....
Love isn’t something you can force....

I don’t even like Seth that much...
but if you're calling him a whore —
you seriously need to reread the story....
Because all I see is rape, from beginning to end.

Now about what happened in the last chapter...
I wasn’t expecting that....
Yes, his wife didn’t die and she was saved —
but if Horus had just been honest about it from the start, none of this would’ve happened....

As for Seth,
I did expect him to be angry, and even lash out at Horus,
but not like that.

That felt like something you’d do to your worst enemy —
not to someone who loves you deeply and sees you as their entire world.
It was just… too much....

So as I said earlier —
Seth simply doesn’t love him...
And honestly, I don’t even think he cares about him — not even a little bit.

That’s why I really don’t want them to end up together.
Seth wants his wife....
He doesn’t love Horus.
And Horus deserves someone who actually loves him back....

So if this story ends with them completely separated, I’ll be happy.

But knowing the author, they’ll probably drag things out for a while…
Horus won’t be waking up anytime soon...
and I guess Seth will give in for now and stay with that annoying bastard...
We’ll likely get more of those unpleasant scenes again…
until he knows what truly happened...

Honestly, I think I’ll just disappear and maybe come back after 10 years ....

im pretty sure somewhere along the way Seth developed true affection for Horus. the tipping point was probably in that one chapter when Horus confessed that the reason why he didnt want to accept full godhood and remained a demigod was because he wanted to remember Seth, the Seth who was a gaurdian god before all the crimes he committed. While certainly not as deep as Horus, I believe Seth still loves Horus. why else did he get upset when the engagement between Horus and Hathor wasn't completely nullified yet? plus Seth is probably gradually moving on from his ex wife

    I don’t know… I guess it’s like this:
When someone loves you deeply and holds on to you —
when you know they’d never betray you and would do anything for you —
you start to hate the idea of losing them, or giving them to someone else.

    That’s what’s happening with Seth.

But if he had to choose between his wife and Horus,
he would absolutely choose his wife — without hesitation.
That’s exactly what the last chapter showed.

If he truly loved Horus, even just a little,
he wouldn’t have hurt him like that — not even in anger.

Let’s imagine, for example, that his wife had killed Horus...
There’s no way he would’ve done the same thing to her.
    Why?
    Because he loves her...
He wouldn’t hurt her, even if he was blinded by rage...

    Maybe I’m wrong… but that’s how I see it...

Yes! You wrote a great comment. I love your comment. I dont understand how Horus ever become more than Seth's wife at this point. Seth never hurt his wife but he is willing to hurt Horus for her. Seth would never do that to his wife. It just like what is the point if Hours is always going to second place and have to be hurt while his wife is never treated the same way. Horus always has to beg for his love while his wife doesn't even have to put in half the effort! After 2 season of this.

If he truly loved Horus he would never hurt like he never hurt his wife. Seth killed all those women because he could never hurt his real wife. If he is willing to hurt Horus then that means Horus is less than his wife. Horus deserves so much better than Seth but the author is too scared to change the story at this point. It would be make more sense to have Horus find a new lover and let Seth go back to his wife. Some one said in nest few chapters Seth's wife is going to reject Seth and I am like Huh, Seth should be the one rejecting his wife! Also if Seth goes with the FG it will be so disrespectful to Horus .......again!

The author/story make Seth and his wife love like the Great Wall of chna that Horus can never get over! At point I don't see how it can be fixed and showcase the Seth finally love more after he has done so much for his wife after 2 season I just so disappointed. Seth treated Horus like a side hoe that talked badly about his wife. Seth treated him worst than the FG!

Also I bet all Seth is going to do in the end of the story is say I'm sorry or I love you and that will be it. Horus deserved more than I'm sorry or I love you. Saying I love you/Im sorry is nothing compared to what Seth did!

Like I said before, the author is clearly dragging the story out....
Maybe they're aiming for 300 chapters or more.

And until that happens, I think Seth will stay with FG for now.
From his perspective, his wife is dead and the loyal little puppy who used to follow him is gone.

That’s reason enough for him to give in to FG...
(And maybe the author thinks we haven’t had enough scenes between them yet — so why not.)

Then I guess we’ll get an arc with that green guy

And yes, here we go again
Looks like this is going to go on for years....

Seth knows how fool Horus is — how much he loves him and follows him everywhere.
He knows Horus will never leave him, even if he treats him badly.....
    That’s why he doesn’t care....
He doesn’t see him as a lover — not at all...

On the other hand, I actually wanted Horus to leave Seth for a while....
To grow as a person, to become stronger — so that Seth could see him as a mature man, not just a kid ...
    But not like this.....
Not in such a heartbreaking, brutal way.

What happened honestly made me feel like...
there’s no future for them anymore.

It would make no sense at all for this story to end with Seth saying he loves Horus.
All I see — as you said — is his deep and overwhelming love for his wife.
And these recent chapters have made that perfectly clear....

Seth is willing to leave Horus — even kill him — just to get his wife back and be with her.
So I don’t think a “happy ending” has to mean they end up together....
In this case, I honestly think a happy ending would be for both of them to go their separate ways....

Yes totally agree he was willing to kill Horus for his wife. How can he ever get over that. Why would the author do that it doesn't make sense. The author wrote on twitter that HorusxSeth are endgame which is like.....HUH. It has to a really huge reason of why Horus should go back to him. I hate that the author makes Horus so weak and never makes him stand up for his self against Seth. I would be so proud of Horus if the author gave him a new lover who showed him what real love was, who never hurt him and would always put Horus first above anyone else. It would be so powerful to see for his character after Horus has been trying to find true love in Seth.

I would hate that and I can see it happen too! Then Seth is going to realize that the FG is jerk and that he should have stayed with Horus. Which will be so below someone as nice as Horus. I can see that happening to which makes me so mad. Because the author forces the FG in the story for no reason. She tries to makes the FG important to the story.

Yes, Horus needs a lot of development. The author never cared to development Horus character until now. Even then I feel like she is going to rush his development because deep down she doesn't care about him. Other character have had more development than Horus by now and he is the second lead of the story. I feel all the author is going to do is let Seth say 'I love you" and she thinks that will fix everything. This would have been better if this was called an adventure story instead of calling it bl/yaoi.

The whole point of this story was for Horus to finally win Seth heart but it's like the author throw the plot in the trash after this chapter. The only ways to fix it is if Seth finally kills his wife for Horus. Which we know would never happen and it would not make any sense for Seth's character to ever harm her after 2 season old his deep love for her.

Of course, that’s never going to happen...

In so many manhwas, there’s a general rule:
The ML must always stay loyal to the MC no matter what happens —
even if he’s mistreated or hurt.
So it’s impossible for him to fall in love with someone else or even sleep with anyone else.
Meanwhile, the MC can do whatever he wants… and it’ll all be justified...
This is actually the type of dynamic readers prefer these days...

So naturally, Horus will stay loyal and devoted to Seth for the rest of his life...

And if it’s truly confirmed that they’re “endgame,”
I really wonder how — after all this shit
we’re supposed to believe that Seth could ever love Horus.

Horus was never a priority for Seth...
We’re over 200 chapters in and there’s been no real development between them.
Even when Seth started to slowly open up to Horus,
the moment he heard something about his wife — he snapped.

So if they are endgame, then logically, the relationship should be built properly —

Maybe when we reach chapter 400... who knows.

Yeh, we’re going to hate this,
because we know Horus is endgame —
so seeing Seth with FG now is incredibly frustrating.

    FG is an annoying bastard,
but the author wrote him as this mature, rational man you can rely on.
That’s why Seth decided to keep him around.

Meanwhile, Horus is still like a kid....
as you said, his character hasn’t developed at all —
he just clings to Seth constantly....

And yes honestly, I feel like the author has completely neglected his character.
If that’s the case, then why make him the end game
    I don’t get it...

Seriously — do authors think the “happy ending” is all that matters?
I personally care more about the events that lead to the ending, not just the ending itself.

What’s the point of a “happy” ending if it’s built on frustrating events and one-sided suffering?

If the author goes down that route, the entire story will be ruined...

Yes, the last chapter was unexpected.
I honestly have no idea how they’re going to fix things from here —
especially when Seth’s one and only choice is still his wife, even if she ends up rejecting him....

It’s just not believable to suddenly shift emotions like that...
We’d need another 200 chapters just to make up for it.

Or maybe in the end, Horus will just accept the fact that he’ll always be the “leftover option” for the person he loves — and just like that ..

    I don’t know. It’s just… depressing.

Yes! you get it!!!! we would need 200 chapters to make up for this because why would it believable that after this time(2 season) that Seth would suddenly love him more. It's makes no sense. It been 2 seasons of Seth loving his wife more then Horus. The story makes it seem like Seth wife is the one who got away and Horus is just the one Seth has to take because he cant get his wife. Yes it would make Horus the leftover options because Seth cant have his wife. The more you think about it the worst it becomes. Have you ever read Dear Door. I feel like Dear Door did a better job at making the character get over his ex wife with Cain. The uke would never do this to Cain.
