Him falling in love with Lapis ruined his character…like at first I thought him going crazy and beating her biological mother was like a fake scenario. Like “oh he’s telling barbatos a fake story” but no he actually did that shit.
Like I thought the flashback to his dad staying with his crazy “mother” was like “oh he won’t believe in love because of that trauma”. BUT IT WAS FORESHADOWING THAT HES JUST LIKE HIS DAD?????????
