Same. The acne on my face is getting better, but my temple are filled with them. Try pulling your hair up so the oil of your hair doesn't cause anything try to change you pillow sheets often wash your hands before you ever touch your face. And ways your face twice a day. Well, that's what I do and it helps some

Actually, this one's a better aggregate article: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/acne/basics/treatment/con-20020580
I know acne can really affect a person's self-esteem, but there are solutions, and the problems usually pass as you get a bit older. Best of luck.

Drink lots of water and stay away from extremely oily food. And junk food especially. Wash your pillow cases, and bed sheets every 3-4 weeks. Wash your face every morning GENTLY and thoroughly. Find a gentle cleansing soap that suits your skin. Also make sure to wipe the area you sweat. You can use Epson salt to scrub your back acne carefully or use lemon with sugar. Its best to use it during a shower or bath.

Thank you so much! I'll be sure to take in antibiotics! Btw, I agree with your statement. I have read articles, teens comments who ALSO went through the same stage as me. I can definitely relate to their problems, but I'm rooting for them! Hope they found their solution to their acne problem :)
Thank you again! Your help was much appreciated.

It's a bit of a cocktail mix until you figure out what works for you, but it's also important to know your skin type and its sensitivity. Some cases it may be hormones, in others general balancing of your oils, I know some who have adjusted by taking a shower only every other day simply because that's what worked best for their skin.
Aside from medications there's also nutritional balance and exercise. When I had bad acne during hormone phases during ovulation, exercising would bring the effects down drastically.

Go to a dermatologist. Get a check-up or something (general doctor, derma, obgyn)

There is many ways but don't guarantee the result. You could eat healthy, drink more water and exercise regularly. Then you should try products without fragrance and alcohol or minimum chemical ingredients. I recommend Aloe Vera range, since it helps to soothes your skin and good for sensitive skin. However, if you have oily skin then avoid Vitamin E.
Be aware of using Tea Tree Oil range though. I see many people decided to use them because they have acne. However, T3 is very strong and dry your skin. It could ended up stripping your skin and make your skin worse. I don't recommend to use it unless you have very oily skin and huge acne all over your face.
Make sure to warm up your moisturizer on your clean palm (by rubbing them for a second) before applying on your face. That way it helps to make it melts your skin faster without feeling greasy. Leaving too much extra moisturizer can stimulate the acne to pops out.
Nevertheless, you should always consider your hormone level.
Clear skins are usually due to genetic and there's nothing we can do but feeling envious :-)

(If your concern is acne then stick with the range that focus on that condition. Don't bother about being brighter or whatever, because the ingredients are always different.
I am saying this because I know some people who keeps bitching about wanting to be brighter and hate it when acne pops up. I don't mind though, but if you wanna have a clear skin then don't be greedy and soothes your skins first.)

ok lady. so dramatic ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

She's been grumpy about the anon and then taking a blow on this hahaha probably takes pride being one of the senior members in this site ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I had similar problem where I was 13-14 yo. And this is how I get rid of it.
1.Stop drinking milk. You may think that you're notallergic to lactose but wierd things are happening to our bodies when we go thru puberty.
2.Drink a lot of water. And if you can green tea.
3.Reduce to the minimum your intake of sugar in any form.
4. Make yourself a turmeric mask. You have to cobine a few spoons of turmeric a little bit of (for example) natural yoghurt and if you want some honey or mosturising lotion. Then put it on your face and chest for 20-30 minutes and rinse with warm water. The pigment contained in turmeric has an antiseptic effect so it really helps.
The previously mentioned pigment can also colour your skin but do not worry it disappears after a few hours. But I recommend doing this mask before going to będzie and sliping on the towel in an old tshirt bc it can stain everything (but it's really effectiv)

Omg so rude! Kyozana has been helping this site so much since her existence ever made. God. Don't be so childish and all hail Kyozana-Sama. I love her xx

I am using the dry brush method to make my skin softer and blood circulates better. Is it the same as the sharp sponege you mention? (Legit curious).
Help me! I have acne on my face, chest, and back :(
