nah, cause nanjo really started to open up a lot more to mok's touches— it's really interesting that he stopped going homo erectus for the twink—who has the object of his saviour complex and gay awakening. tbh, i love that they are scummy on different levels because, yeah, they are all cheaters but nanjo still holds himself at a high standard, trying to prove (to himself most of all, i think) that he's better. overall i don't think that if i was in a position where my relationship started as a sneaky affair i would be able to trust my partner not to cheat again, ik it may not be "thAt dEeP" but since i'm seeing the author trying to take a somewhat realistic approach towards things i'm throwing my 2 cents as well. like we know mok is in love because we see his thoughts. nanjo is lowk mad oblivious for not realising that the twink wasn't a victim of DV so i don't think he is ready to accept that mok may actually like him— admitting that the twink is vicious would imply accepting that mok is not as evil as he made him out to be, which is like his last defence mechanism towards him. it must be really scary to fall in love with someone as intense as he is, lmao. like picture this:
- he thought he was in love with the twink
- finally thought he could have some happy wappy relationship after having god knows what chaebol traumas and defence mechanisms
- realises that he likes to bottom
- realises that he is not as good of a person as he thought he was for not clinging it to his dear ideals
- his last resort is to think of everything he's doing as a proof of love for the twink which BAM, now shatters
