I think that lil A wasn't called out to the farm by his uncle but rather the whatever organization. And I definitely think that A has some animal ears hidden in his hair! Maybe that's why he ran away? He was kinda adverse to this animal human hybrid thing wasn't he?
And this is a stretch but what if lil A has a personality defect that comes from a mutation in the genes and maybe this defect makes lil A immune to this transformation and maybe this will lead to lil A curing K, fluffy etc etc? I'm just spitballing here. And what if it was his parents that sent him there? What if he was always meant to go there? Hence his parents overprotectiveness?
