From what i remember
They met in the army
Bottom kissed top while drunk, top punched bottom right after so he thinks top hates him, but there's more to the story while they're in the army

Now bottom works in an ad agency and he's working on a job for the tops resort
They got freaky - top wants to be dominated i guess

Also tops freakyness was hinted at when the bottom used his forearm to choke him a bit when they were fighting and he liked it, and the mc was also like “yeah, why do i like it also” kinda thing (not quoting but he said something like that) and that activated the tops neurons i think ???
Anyways since then hes been a freak because of the bottom

I could have some of this wrong since its been a while but this has been my understanding of it
