Maybe that can also explain why his parents took him to therapy for checkups if he had felt different or if there were any changes
on a more serious note, pretty sure the lore that the plots leading to is: Little A came in contact w the beast virus at a young age (obviously) and thats what those “freaky” thoughts he has when helping the farmhands are. Like those thoughts are the beast virus talking and such despite Little A having no physical changes. Ofc thats all js a theory though, A GA(Y)ME THEORY!
