They made a lot of changes, artist probably wants to give a more positive light to the characters, MLs thoughts are also more PG.
Like even that scene that made him stay at the hotel was changed. Originally he did stuff to MC while he was drunk and MC was sleeping but in the manhwa they made it so that MC was forcefully pulling ML and not letting him escape

various things have been adjusted from novel to manhwa but what you are describing, didnt that already happen in the manhwa ? this is it happening again with a different outcome
I guess that scene where he was drunk made him staying at a hotel make more sense. He had a deep sense of shame because be actually prematurely ejaculated and admitted it was making him do a crime. Artist also made a good choice cutting that out lol
He's a bit more vocal about his horkneeness in the novel too (like telling his friend he wants to do this and that to Sunwoo ) but I get why it was cut out or toned down
LMAO They took a different route than in the novel?? I don't remember this happening. His inner monologue, sure, but MC wasn't awake and they weren't having sex. It was all his imagination and he masturbated, which is why he's self-loathing is extreme. Anyone who's read the novel, let me know if I got it wrong cos I only started reading halfway through until the end.
