There are possible love interests. Nothing (so far) happens other than bickering from those. Maybe we soon get a RL meetup with one or two of them soon. Nothing indicates that the story will focus romance.
As of chapter 201 there are girls who have crushes on mc...due to his hangups about his disability he isn't reciprocating or even noticing it. That might change, but hard to say.
Based on the review, I think it's good but guys, does this have a hint of romance? Or somehow screams Harem?
