I can totally understand your perspective. But, in my opinion it’s a lot of miscommunication rather than something as serious as that. For example, Lyle is in heat which is a massive playing factor in the fact of what he did. He feels extreme guilt after the fact once he’s conscious again. He’s not fully conscious and was sent into a scene where halfway through he lost his inhibitions and could not properly assess the situation. On his part, Kkyu took control in realization Lyle was not aware of the situation at hand, we know this as well when it’s represented by Lyle’s hyper-focused monologue and the darkness surrounding his eyes (meant to showcase his ability to understand what’s happening. Basically, he’s utterly blacked out and unaware at that point). This manga is VERY centred of animal dynamics, don’t completely treat them as human since they have different instincts and direct characteristics. Lyle cannot think straight, it’s been reported being in heat is PAINFUL. Therefore, again Kkyu takes control and punches Lyle in the face sending him literally reeling to the side, nosebleed and everything, Lyle isn’t totally normal than, but he’s good enough to put the scene on pause and wait for Kkyu’s go ahead. There was miscommunication beforehand, but Kkyu then gives his express consent and tells Lyle he can keep going. Lyle does feel GUILTY when he awakes though, totally conscious, he panics and runs out. It’s explained in the story Kkyu enjoyed his time. He was just upset Lyle left without anything but a note. The way I read it was different, and to me the worst factor was the lack of aftercare, but again this is my perspective and I understand yours. I’m terribly sorry you read the scene that way, and I’m sure it was horrible. I despise non-con, so I get your frustration.

Oh, and also I believe at that moment it’s implied Kkyu could push him off and bolt if he wanted to. Lyle is literally weakened by his state, and Kkyu is a movie director. In most ways, you could say he holds a lot of power over Lyle, it doesn’t feel to me as if he HAS to commit to this, but he’s decides to nonetheless from the relationship they built beforehand. He agrees not only, to doing it with Lyle the way they are, but also to doing. It with Lyle whilst he’s in heat

I completely agree with you....The dynamics in the world of this manhwa is different than our world...For example...In "Define the Relationship" too towards the end when the ML was in his Rut (An alphas heat)...He was more rough than usual and he too felt very guilty at the end....The ML is a green flag BTW...So I completely understand your pov....It's just that when the characters are in heat....their inner animal takes control amd they can't do anything to control it...The ML in this Manhwa is a Green flag and that is why he resented himself for acting the way he did...And he even apologised a lot....I think the author has portraited Animal behaviours during heat perfectly in this Manhwa....

Even towards the end everything was okay cause The MC understood how bad the ML felt for that night...(P.S. The dried tear drops on the note implies that the ML was indeed crying)....
