The man in the last panel exactly looks like our Little A. They are probably related. Well we dont know his uncle's whereabouts but we saw him when he was normal human or at least from Little A's point of view. So it thought this man is his uncle and he left bcz he turned into demianimal/human (if you look closer you can see his animal ears it blended with his hair) When he heard someone went to farm he panicked and it seems like he didn't know about it. Like it is just theory. This man might be the Mr. A. Also Little A said that he grew up in a protective environment, doctors always check up on him and He saw something at farm he shouldn't saw. Like it is just all theory
