It's too long so i won't read but i agree on the first part (bc its all i read LMAO) i think we were more... Pulled in? With the sudden lore of owen being pregnant AND knowing nux before above all else that we were able to temporarily forget abt their dynamic.
I wouldn’t even re read what I wrote so it’s okay . And yeah that, everything just felt rushed and messy despite it being the second season. Something is missing and idk

This is worse than love triangle (I’m a love triangle hater) because the whole relationship feels forced, or maybe it hasn’t been built/established properly.
I guess I just can’t wrap my head around the whole: “I have to marry the others to be with the main one, and I will fuck others because they’re part of the main even though I think they’re separate people.”
(Correct me if wrong, that’s how I remember feeling about the story, but feelings aren’t accurate. I forget a lot because I read other stories. Half of my brain thinks it can be as simple as the fact that Nux loves all the Owens because it’s from the Main Owens. He loves the differences of main Owen.)
It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, icky. The scene where Nux secretly met with Tan Owen and Handkerchief being put aside just made me feel ooh.
Don’t even get me started on the Owens fighting and not really getting along, manipulating Nux, pushed off as comedy.
No matter how much people want to deny or hate, the one Nux loves most is definitely the main. The new cover didn’t help! And I think I can accept it because love comes in different forms, you can’t expect the same amount of love. I see the other Owens as different aspects of the main Owen, so Nux having different levels of affection makes sense.
Also people get upset at the Main Owen for controlling the other Owens, but I see it as him controlling himself. That’s his choice. I could care less.
But then again, Nux sees them all as separate. Same but different, so valid that the controlling from Main Owen isn’t ‘ethical’ for some readers.
If you could tell this isn’t my favorite story, you’re right. Why do I choose to continue reading? Brother I’ve gone through two seasons, I need to see the ending.
