
*Assess what's the cause the of ur problem.
*If it's games/mobile phone you can try setting up app timer to limit your phone usage... Self control is the best solution. Do other hobbies to lessen screen time...
*If it's intense emotional like anxiety, nervousness or etc. try doing work out before sleeping so you'll get tired and fall asleep quicker. (Pro tip take a cold shower after works best in hot season)
*If it's just you like insomnia or stuff... If ur on the early stage like it wasn't that severe eat healthy, meditate and also work out, just live healthier.
*Create a sleep schedule or a daily schedule and discipline yourself to follow it (this one takes a lot of time and effort but it's worth it)
Just a random thing that helped me is listening to podcast, white noises or watching documentaries while lying on bed. I has a calming effect that I can't explain and O get drowsy in no time.
