well I think what makes this situation different is the fact that soleia is supposed to kill the ml in the future and she doesn't love him either. It'd be true if she were just a normal mean girl typa character tho

What a wasted potential
I remember reading this halfway and thought that if the roles are reversed for the fl and the villainess, then the fl would be that kind of annoying admirer/consort type of girl and the villainess would be a survivor kind of mc. That’s why i dropped it. But i thought i should give it a second chance since ppl have been saying good things and my opinion would be changed. After reading it again, my opinion doesn’t change. The fl is a tad bit of a pick me.
