I know that the MC has done some things to the ML for him to do shit like that to him but..no matter how I view it, the ML did too much, and the MC doesn't even remember, poor thing for real.
the MC sexually assaulted him, recorded it and sent it to the ML's mum, ergo caused the mum to go hospital from the shock? I can't remember.

I was doing some research that if a crime is like this, and the criminal has went through head trauma, or has neurological disorders which affects their thinking. (eg- bipolar, manic and personality disorders) they don't get declared guilty, or they'll just go to a psych ward or something.
even when the MC does deserve punishment for what he did, it was too far and poor thing doesn't know why he's treated like this. (btw he develops Stockholm syndrome, and falls in love with ML, same with ML, and tries to fix all this. (well fuck you too ML seriously why bother fixing a broken glass that you intended to break?)
