No, we don't see Luke's POV properly. We are just getting glimpses of what he is thinking.
I think I know why everyone is feeling so anxious that something bad gonna happen. We suddenly stopped seeing Luke's POV and started seeing the story from Andrew's POV. At this point, we know more about Andrew's feelings and emotions than Luke's. We don't know how Luke wants to pursue the relationship with Andrew to develop.
