Looking for a bl manga

I just remembered this from a long time ago. The seme was a radio dj and the uke was his fan. I think there was a segment where the seme reads letters sent to their station and I think he read the uke’s letter. Anyway, they met and I think they had something going on romantically but the seme had to leave the uke coz he was still young, like HS i guess. Then they met again years later, the uke is college I think or was a young adult already.
