I think a lot of start the story not knowing much about the story and can continue without reading some chaps.
And yeah you can drop a story if that's not to your liking, but you can still have discussions about what you've read till now. No hate as a reader or to a reader.
I do agree it's weird to think that what mc would do is okay just because his character design is good. Really puts into prespective to how people perceive looks. And actually a really good point. But

People cursing on the comments be like: "I'm reading a comic where there's rape almost in every chapter from the beginning, I enjoy it since I keep reading, but I draw the line when the one who's raping is not the ml bcs he's pretty and I romanticize their 'relationship'. I'm gonna make public I'm mad about it and curse at readers and the illustrator just to make me feel a bit less guilty for reading it"
Guys... We ALL know this story is totally messed up, but if you're still reading, it means you're not that holy angel you think you are, and that's okay, you better embrace it already than keep cursing at everyone, or else just drop the story if it's not for you.
