I won't put too much trust on the ratings of new series :)
They do it on purpose lol, some accounts even admit that they do it to ragebait others, and there's also the secretly closeted people who take their sweet time to downvote yaoi or yuri manga as soon as they're released.
The original on Renta (Japanese manga site) has great reviews and just a couple of 3 star ones, although very few.
