I read this a few times but i never read the comments. To be honest, i have not been in a situation like the MC but i can imagine it. Like the childhood friend plot, the brother also did so much for the MC, and growing up with that could sometimes turn into a romance feeling. Just being human is hard enough, so i cant blame the MC.
