I'm not a pro gym instructor but losing that much weight in 4 months is impossible

Like even if he does it 24/7 and is on some diet, it's still not rlly possible to lose that much and also there'd be tons of lose skin cus losing weight at a rapid speed?? The skin is not gonna adapt quickly. That's why weight journeys take about 1-2 years depending on people. 10kg per 2 months is what he can do at best like it's still not rlly healthy to do that btw cus the diet and exercise is STRICT. 1kg weight loss /week means 7000 kcal deficit per week, so 1000kcal deficit per day.

Meaning that dude would have to do this for 1-2 years cus it's quite alot of weight loss journey. Since ML is also naturally plus size since he was a kid, he definitely doesn't have fast metabolism. Yes your metabolism is like connected to how fast you'll lose weight, some ppl lose 2kg per week without much exercise with fast metabolism.

Again this is fictional sooo yeah obv unrealistic but to ppl out there struggling, it's not possible to lose 40kg in 4 months. Don't starve yourself or anything to lose weight faster. It's a long process.

You do lose a LOT more weight faster when you're really overweight but it starts to level out and go down at an average weight at about the time you reach mid size so it would make sense to see rapid loss for a few months but it def wouldn't make you ripped like that

40kg is still alot for 4 months alone, he's still eating even with calorie deficit. This should have been atleast 6+ months. The way he went on abt this is unhealthy. I have my own weight loss journey almost same goal as him it took me 8 months to do so, and I worked out for like 5 hours a day. With calorie deficit. The body needs rest too, you don't lose like 10kg per month, the way it would be about 5kg atleast. He probably worked off like half of his day everyday and that diet must have been something to be able to achieve that sooo fast but yeah the muscles are not realistic lol

Oh definitely it's not realistic! I just mean if you're obese you might be able to lose like 5-6kg a month as opposed to 2-3kg until things even out
