If I had to guess, people probably aren't too fond of the art. Either that, or the story might be a bit confusing for them.

Yeah I think so too, I personally didn't like it much either at the beginning, but it grew on me and the story definitely makes up for it!
Wait why is it 8.8? This is actually so good and the story is unique. I dont get why the rating is so low?
