Think that's the case I thought the same way but going from what we just saw it seems like she's currently on the path of becoming some type of final boss of a mantis like she's going to be the queen of mantises or something like that and she's probably going to like crystallize and become that.
I was seriously so worried for a while this would turn into a horror thing where the bug eggs in her stomach would eat her from the inside out after hatching. Which would be so cruel to someone who had a fear of bugs in the past!（/TДT)/
