It’s the age thing , of course they met only for sex/bdsm and the seme is older so the age is a factor but they sort this out later and he will give it grace period in order to figure out his feelings.

I'm in love with this story already however.. its one of those setups. sigh. "ill lose my boner if u say u like me" cant wait for that to be the leading reason for the MC not telling him his feelings
