    You all do realize that this is loosely based on medieval times. Those curtains are not light at all. They are very heavy plus you also have to add on the fact it's a blacked out curtain and the actual size of said curtain for that window.

    the curtain is probably at most 10 pounds, which certainly is heavy and in a worst case scenario might cause a concussion, but she wouldn't die from it.

    Actually she could suffocate from being wrapped in that black out curtain. It’s super thick because it has to block out light so there’s basically no airflow add on it’s probably closer to 50-80 lbs cause these are HUGE curtains made of thick dense material. Plus gravity cause it’s falling on her makes it worse. Imagine getting slammed by a 50lb weight Then Being wrapped up in a huge weighted blanket unable to breath? She may have survived it hitting her but could have died having to wait for them to get it off her just from lack of oxygen.
