Help me find this please

I saw a clip on tiktok of an anime man with healing abilities. I'm guessing its fantasy theme with mages and healers

The clip shows a girl comforting a man cause he lost his arm (just 1 arm) after a battle but he didn't seem to care and asked her to help him up. When he was sitted he healed his arm (literally just grew it back, all functioning and unmissing) the girl was shocked.

The guy has black hair
the girl has purple hair (not sure)

I think the caption was related to weak abilities/powers are strong you just got to be creative or you just have to know how to use them
