Exactly. People need to understand he isn't human and doesn't have regular emotions. That's why Nain feels distant from him despite also supposedly being a "god". It's definitely an interesting dynamic.
this is such a great way to put it. i dont hate him too but sometimes i feel like Nain ending up with him would make me just a bit upset. ik that him being a god makes things more complex but imo out of all the years that they’ve been together, he should put more effort into understanding Nain cuz until when does him being a god justifies his actions lol anyway hopefully it does get better in future chapters. this would def be a good read and the art looks so gooodd

we will get in latest arc amon view point , and we will see the real villain and how amon got his relationship sabotaged without realizing it cus he doesn't understand emotions he wanted to win nine but trusted the wrong people so nine started to hate him slowly till its ......... anyway for amon it's sad
I know I should hate on Amon like everyone here and also after reading spoilers, but I don't hate him as much as I want. Mainly because I feel like he just doesn't understand humans that's why he's fucking everything up unintentionally. He's doing things the "God's way" and can't be perceived easily by Nain. He also can't understand Nain properly. It's a big unmatch and miscommunication. He love Nain and Nain loves him but love alone can't keep us happy.
