Oscar’s wish was simply to retain his 1st TL memories in the next life which was the second chance he received to live to correct his fate. He died an unfated death in the 1st TL.
Ines’s wishes were the following:
1. For Carcel to live a life that has nothing to do with her. She made this wish because she was an extremely difficult wife to Carcel in the 1st life due to several reasons. (Season 3 will provide answers). Apostle Anastasio tried to get her to change her mind because he probably foresaw she would end up in tragedies and he knew Carcel was her fate. The Apostle tried to get Carcel to overrule this wish of Ines but Carcel decided to respect Ines’s wish.
2. She wished that Carcel will marry a ‘better’ wife than her.
3. She wished that Carcel will have healthy children
4. She wished that Carcel will never again die because of the crown prince (in the first life Carcel died in a war that the crown prince accidentally started in his drunken stupor with the prince of another country who was also drunk. Oscar killed him in their drunken argument over a woman so it ignited a big war)
5. She wished that Carcel will be able to travel to beautiful places with his wife and family.

As to Carcel and Ines, yes, they will be happily married in this final timeline. Season 3 will show them growing closer and closer. You can look forward to it because they only get closer and closer from here. Quite frankly, in the side story, Ines is pretty much a normal woman who is so happy that she even seems spoiled. lol Carcel spoils her a lot. His parents spoil her a lot too. They’re more like her parents than his. So, Ines finally lives a life where she’s surrounded by a lot of love and she also loves a lot of people like her parents-in-law (she and Carcel’s dad are close too), her sister-in-law, her brother, her dad, her friends, etc.

Carcel made wishes after every timeline. All the info below is from the epilogue and not the main story that the manhwa covers:
1st:
1. He wished that Ines will never again be sick (she was terminally sick in the first timeline)
2. He wished that he will love only Ines always
3. He wished he would get a second chance with her if no other man can make her happy
Note: Carcel’s wishes were made after Ines’s wishes. After complaining to Carcel that his wife was rude (LOL), Apostle Anastasio tried to get Carcel to overrule Ines’s wishes but Carcel decided to respect Ines’s wishes.
2nd:
After Ines committed suicide as crown princess, Carcel’s wish after his premature death was to please let him help his wife not stray from her correct path of natural death even in her most desperate times. (He always called her his wife after he remembers who he truly is after death and who she truly is to him)
3rd:
After Ines committed suicide again, Carcel’s wish after his premature death is that God would help him to help his wife live a life where she never wants to commit suicide. In other words, where she would value her life or want to live until her natural death.
All of the above wishes Carcel made still have a chance to be fulfilled in this final timeline. Most of Ines’s wishes for Carcel after the first timeline still hasn’t been fulfilled as yet.
