I can only answer the last two : Dennis killed himself because seeing how Todd and the sheep disappeared, he became devastated, he lost his purpose for life and killed himself. Now, Todd is the coyote, and, symbolically the deuil.

Moving on, I meant "devil" and not "deuil". Todd's goal was the sheep and Dennis' soul, probably.
Thank you for the reply but bear with me, what you mean "he lost purpose in Life"? Is It supposed to be metaphorical? He barely knew Todd even if he loved him and he was just doing his job watching the sheeps
I'm dumb i don't understand.
Like Dennis said in the chapter, it was the first time he'd ever experienced a love like that. He was madly inlove with Todd so him disappearing took a great toll on him.
And because of Dennis' naivety, it led to the death of the sheep, so he failed his job aswell as he lost the being he fell in love with.
I have so many questions...I hate when they make things incomprehensible. Why Todd left for a month? What Dennis saw? Why he killed himself? What Is Todd? GRR
