I'm so happy that the MC is able to stand up for himself
But I don't get how people call him stupid? Like, he even had the hunch that ml had intentions at first but ml manipulated him into thinking the other way and seriously, MC never really received love from someone else for so long so how would he know? Despite all that I do think that he's smart and I also like that he still thinks rationally, even with all the manipulation going on(like in the chapter where ml apologizes about hitting the friend I think, MC still thinks that ml's love is toxic)
