hm. I don't think that's really the case? at least from what I've understood, the son remembered his past life where he got killed, but this time the father is "I don't want to kill you, but I can't protect you here so go somewhere safe"
so he's not really antagonizing him, but trying to keep him safe the only way he knows how to.. and I think the son kinda gets that? since he's "nicer" than in his last life?
Wow the count is quite dumb, atleast show some responsibility if you brought the kid to your house, But no he is telling him to "live as if dead", he is literally asking him to hate his son and kill him later.
