I think since the title is translating from the original Korean words, "eating" here is a saying in Korea.
It's usually to refer to someone who have it all.
Similar situation was used in English slang (?)
For example, when someone do especially well in a game or competition, and keep winning,
Others will say this about him/her: "he/she ate it".
And when the winning person want to boast to his/her opponent, they said this: "I ate it well, thanks. LOL"
