I think Jiwan asked that to the babysitter as a way to distract himself from KangTae, or to push away his own feelings for him. He believes he doesn't deserve love, even though KangTae tells him he's worth loving and he's a good guy, Jiwan is in a way desperate to prove him wrong, hence why he asked the babysitter to sleep with him, just to prove himself and to everyone that it's true he's a jerk just like his father said. So he doesn't like the babysitter at all and this is not a love triangle.
Also, I don't think he slept with the babysitter. KangTae interrupted their meeting at the coffee shop.
