yea i gets its kinda weird but i used to have a crush on my classmate when i was younger and he was around 170 ( we were both 12) sooo ig thats possible
Ive had a cousin who's about that hight and he was like 13 and over 5'4 hes like 7 now so its possible

Edit: so.. that was um unrealistic? Idk man.. I've read stories about ghosts, isekai and shit but you truly want me to believe a 11 year old is 170cm tall?? And he has features of a teenager? Also how old is the ML? Is it a 5 year gap or 7? I didn't quite get his age
