According to my calculations. If Fukami was in 6th grade of middle School in the year of 2008 he was probably born between 1996 and 1997 having about 11-12 y.o. In the same year if Kaga was 24 he was born about 1984. Having an agr gap of 11-12 years probably!
Kaga also mentions he's a middle-aged man. So if the manga is set at the same year of release (2022) they're about 25-26 and 38 years old.
