He's not mad or disappointed or anything from the start !! he says he does have a weird feeling about it but its not negative and it's more like . he's upset that jigu knew for so long ( since it was like a year ? ) but he doesn't mull over it or have it cause much drama iirc

ok so its been a while since i read the novel but as far as i remember, On the day before the meeting, iirc, Neuta buys a sex toy ... anyway, that causes him to go out of his normal route to his apartment. It suddenly rains and Ji9star texts him if he has an umbrella. Neuta tells him he has none and runs home out in the rain. As he is coming up to the cafe near his apartment, he sees Ji-gu (Ji9star IRL) waiting by the cafe entrance with an umbrella on his hand and facing the road which he normally comes from. Remember, since Neuta went on a different route because of reasons, he is walking towards the cafe from the opposite direction he normally does... so Neuta upon seeing Ji-gu wanted to surprise him as a prank. As he got closer he notices Ji-gu sending cat emojis to someone... and surprise surprise... Ji9star sends those same emojis to him (his phone is on silent btw). That's how he finds out his neighbor is Ji9star.
he didnt exactly get mad or disappointed, but he was salty/ pissy abt it which was funny. if ur worried abt angst theres none in that part lolol

I can totally agree, and soon enough. after 3-4 chapters(prob) they'll get married in illusion and... yeah they'll use the item Neuta bought from the adult store, things get real steamy and... yes it's that time already for them. there'll be side episodes, and it focuses on them going out to the beach
