It seems to be implied they ended up together! Someone in the comment section pointed out that they were wearing rings at the end of Chapter 84.5
Then that's a relieved then, it's really a good story.
Guys this isn't clearly yuri, because it's more of like platonic friendship rather than yuri, based on the authors work I don't think the author is making this gl/yuri, but for the story, damn I love it I also like the ending even if they didn't end up together, it's still a masterpiece!
