Am I the only one who finds it confusing in some places? I feel like I'm missing pages or chapter sometimes here and there.

Like the red hair player, she was on a neutral term with MC and then suddenly she became hostile and even became a type of boss. But there was no transition has to why she suddenly know Suzako and Doll, no hint, no foreshadow.
I can still guess and understand it overall but... Yeah feel like I'm missing part of the story
