i agree but this time his gonna get killed, i mean if he just looses that’s fine but the other guy is hell bent on killing him, you understand that surely you read it with your eyes open, the other guy is there for revenge he can’t kill kayden so his eyeing jiwoo and now if jiwoo looses here then his dead as hell
yea ik that ofc he’s gonna have to get help from either jiyoung or kayden so he doesn’t die lol i just want him to loss properly and loosing + actually near death experience will just motivate him more cuz kayden is not there rn. it’s safe to say kayden will most likely save him when he’s one foot in the grave
I think if this happens it would suck so much! Jiwoo was saved so many times before this fight, he needs some win that is entirely his, even if he is almost dead at the end. And about the powers, it does make a lot more sense to focus on fewer ones, because he can improve a lot more like this and Jiwoo need to improve faster, not to develope new moves. Even Kayden, who often creates new skills, uses the same ones most of the time (they want to be strong, not an inventor). And the fights in the story are not based only in the skills, but on the atmosphere that the fights have.
i hope he looses because it will def push him further if he tatstes real defeat. all his wins are great and all but loosing is a whole other kind of motivation to grow stronger. i also want to point out that his attack patterns are too monotonous in my opinion…it’s always the same 2/3 attacks, the main reason he’s been winning all this while is mostly cuz of kayden having his back or the enemy not being aware of his power. ik kayden told him to refine and sharpen what he already knows so he can master it but at some point he’s gonna have to spread his wings and unlock knew attack patterns he can’t always try to saitama one punch his way out of everything ╮(￣▽￣)╭
