There won’t be major drama in season two. Season two will only have 20 chapters. And Danrim said Mokyeon and Nanjo are an exclusive monogamous couple. And since Nanjo confirmed that he hasn’t had sed with Sunhwa unless they have a threesome, and Mokyeon hasn’t had sex with Sunhwa since the last time he asphyxiated him, season two will probably be focused on Nanjo’s pov up to the point he openly admits the one he likes is Mok and not Sunhwa. And then all lovey dovey sex between them.
Unfortunately, I really don’t think it’s gonna go the way he thinks.
