So why was Mok being all dramatic, crashing out, going on a bender, giving all the speeches about letting the twink have Nanjo just to do complete 180 at the end...

I think mok realizing nanjo is attracted to him and not the other twink made him realize he had a chance and even created a change in nanjo

It's bc he found out from the Twink that Nanjo only gets hard when the 3 of them sleep together. So I think that gave MC a little hope that Nanjo might like him.
