Read this when I was still just a high schooler. Almost a decade later and this is still such a great read. The characters are great, realistic, and genuine. Especially props to the author for writing Chizu because she really does come off as the child that is forced to be more mature than others—yet she still retains her childlike nature.
Also my opinion of Kana still hasn’t changed over the years, only grew stronger too because damn is she such a bad mother. Red flags everywhere.
